다운보팅 부탁드립니다 / Request for Downvoting

in #kr4 years ago (edited)

@pharesim account is continuing to "farm" the steem blockchain by copying and pasting random stuff from the web. I am requesting downvotes from big stakeholders. My meager SP barely makes a dent. Thank you!

This is why removing downvotes is a bad idea unless you also remove the inflation-derived rewards pool.

This has always been a problem on Steem.

Yes it is unfortunate that they are doing that :(

You're kidding, who made this place vulnerable?

Then I found out who to follow bb

I guess you don't have any other supporting people but boots.

이렇게 민낯(?)이 공개적으로 드러나는군요...

뭐 사실 놀랍지도 않죠 ㅎㅎ 비영문권 사람들을 교란시키려고 교묘하게 복붙을 했네요

I don't get, why they now risk to be completely forked out. Most of the with version 0.22.8888 blacklisted accounts were able to change their withdraw route to bittrex, so their funds are not really frozen. But still they are attacking this blockchain and some of us even personally.

Also it makes me sad to see that old witnesses who are now active on a different chain are still a witness here, some even with a malicious version that slows down our network. They still earn more than 2000 SP a month for being a shitty witness (even without the ongoing milking) on a chain they don't even care about.

I don't like to say this, but it looks like 0.22.8888 was not even enough to really protect us.

You guys are doing a great job of destroying everything steem used to be. I can list dozens of high stake accounts that have been farming before @ned ever left the platform, and they were all dealt with, no stake frozen or forked.

If you want to return stability to this chain, you have to remove 22.8888. The chain was relatively stable until this happened, and now blocks are being rejected because you green witnesses don't understand the full extent of what you're doing.

I never supported the HF and i will not support the SF 0.22.8888 as well .
i will keep running 0.22.5 the last known stable version

Why would voting with one's stake risk anyone being forked out?

This has been done by people on Steem since the beginning. The answer to it is downvotes. Not forks or freezing...

It depends on the perspective. Imagine you would have bought Steemit and your funds get frozen. You take back control and then see some old top witnesses that are not on the blacklist still milking the chain to that extent.

I don't make the rules, but I want you to be aware of the fact that there are some mighty guys in control who are really angry even without those shitty actions... Is it worth it, is the question.

BTW: Why did @steempress not set a route like the other witnesses?

Yeah, I get why they would be mad. But they should know that they'll just be digging themselves deeper into a hole if they "fork out" people's tokens on STEEM or freeze more stakeholder's transfer rights. They've already shown themselves willing to downvote with the steemit account, so why not use it to counter milking upvotes if it is such a big deal? There are even tools for that... Also, they've shown themselves willing to censor. So why not just block voting and delegation rights. Then those milkers can power down and leave without milking in the meantime. Both far better options than forking or freezing stake.

As for changing the power down route on steempress, I was just too late... My first thought was to route it to a friend on Steem that I felt I could trust enough to know they would send the tokens to us, while at the same time someone I thought would never be targeted by the new witnesses/steemit Inc (I assumed merely setting a route to a dummy account would just have them add that one to the list too...) but by the time I had been informed of the SF, understood we were on the list, and thought of changing the route, the 22.8888 update was already in place having cut the time by 4 hours, and I couldn't make it in time.

I have no idea who had the ultimate say on how that list was put together, if they have any idea of how much we've contributed to Steem over the years, or if they care to know that I was actively against the exclusion of any additional accounts on the Hive fork, as well as having voiced that again here.
