Barbecue
My family likes to go outdoors on weekends in the summer. Our favorite place is on the riverbank, outside the city, in a pine forest. We usually spend the whole day there: sunbathing, swimming, playing ball and making kebabs, for some reason they turn out tastier than usual in nature.
Mom likes grilled steaks, and my sister likes a classic barbecue on skewers. Dad and I are not picky and eat meat in any way we cook it. But our only condition is a good marinade, in which the pieces must lie down for a certain time to soak and be juicy.
