Almost all the Muslim forces left Madinah for battle. After they reached a place

Almost all the Muslim forces left Madinah for battle. After they reached a place called Shawt, Abdullah Ibn Ubayy, who had previously refused to go out of the city, defected with his 300 followers. As a result, Muslims marched towards Ohud with 700 soldiers. A different route was taken to avoid encountering the enemy en route, and Abu Khaysama, the guide, led the Muslim army towards Uhud by a different route through the grain fields of the Bani Harissa tribe, leaving the enemy in the west.

The Muslims then set up camp at Mount Uhud at the end of the valley. In this position, the Meccan forces were in front of the Muslims and Mount Ohud was behind them, and the Meccan forces were positioned between Madinah and the Muslim forces.
In this battle, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) faced three thousand warriors with only seven hundred warriors. Muslims fought bravely in this uneven war. Seventy Muslims were also martyred. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was seriously injured. However, no one was victorious in the war. But the Quraysh returned without entering Madinah.

After the battle of Uhud, Allah sent the message for the training of the believers:

It is said in part; - Don't be upset, don't worry. You will be victorious if you are true believers. If any injury has come upon you now, similar injuries have been inflicted on other parties in the past. It is the change of time that I circulate in people.

It has come because Allah wants to see who among you are true believers and He wants to accept some martyrs from among you. Allah does not like the wrongdoers. Through this test, they want to separate the true believers and destroy the infidels. Do you think that you will enter Paradise already while Allah has not yet seen which of you are ready to fight in the cause of Allah and who are pretenders?

Allah Ta'ala has described all the lessons in the Battle of Uhud from verse 121 to verse 160 of Surah Al-Imran. The greatest lesson of this is to inform Muslims of the evil consequences of disobeying the Messenger, dissension and dissension. So that they become cautious in the future and refrain from things that can lead to their defeat.

A special wisdom and custom of Allah Ta'ala regarding the Prophet-Messengers and their followers is that sometimes they will win and sometimes they will be defeated. But in the end they will win. Always giving them victory will not make it possible to differentiate between true believers and others. And if you always defeat, the purpose of sending the Prophet-Messenger will not be successful.

Allah will never allow the believers to remain in the state you are in now. He will separate the holy people from the impure and impure people. But it is not the custom of Allah to inform you of the unseen. But Allah chooses from among His Messengers whom He wills. So believe in Allah and His Messengers. If you believe and practice piety, then there is a great reward for you.'

That is, the way believers and hypocrites are mixed together, Allah Ta'ala will not leave them in that state. Rather, He will separate the true believers from the hypocrites. As he did on the day of the Battle of Uhud. Allah Ta'ala does not inform anyone about the unseen. Because it is through the unseen that He distinguishes between believers and unbelievers. Allah Ta'ala wants that outwardly there should be a difference between the believers and the hypocrites. And so it happened in the battle of Ohud.
