Now i have a dilemma: rule number 4 has being broken. Do i respect the rules i made and disqualify you or i brake my own rules and keep you with the winners?

make a rule number 5, pay the asshole who voted more than once after everyone else has been paid... if there is anything left. (and hope the price of steem doesn't fall too much, because i didn't put much padding in the payout analysis)
