NASTAR RESEP
Leather material:
-125 gr butter
-125 gr margarine
-50 gr refined sugar
-2 egg yolks
-350 gr wheat flour
-2 tbsp full cream milk
Jam material:
-4 pcs of pineapple, grated
-Sugar to taste (adjusted with sweetness of pineapple)
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 cinnamon sticks
-3 pcs of cloves
How to make:
- Pineapple Sauce:
Add the shredded pineapple, salt, cinnamon and cloves to a teflon pan. Cook until the water slightly shrinks, then enter the sugar.Aduk2 and taste test. If the water has shrunk and thickened lift.
2.Nastar skin:
-Short margarine, butter, sugar and eggs enough until mixed only kurleb 1 minute (because if shaking too long can make nastar dilebar)
-Enter wheat flour and saturated powdered milk. Stir well.
-Get a little shape dough according to taste. Fill the pineapple jam and put it on a baking sheet. Give the distance between one nastar with another.
-Oven with a temperature of 140 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes / separate each oven. Eject and chill.
-Polly with egg yolks. Oles 2 to 3 times to get a beautiful color (lower oven temperature). Oven longer kurleb 5-10 minutes.
-Raise and chill. After a new cold insert airtight jars
