It is definitely start of autumn together with nice colourful nature one of the commonest sign is common cold. I am actually very lucky and thank my immune system I did not have any viral infection during last two years. Unlike this year, it was almost something that I thought will happen.
Last weekend I was in bus and over there was one of the passenger who was coughing all the time. I actually already started to have concern if the person has COVID, that is why I stayed far away on other side of the bus. Unfortunately I did not have a mask because I did not expect to have someone with such bad cough. After some time it was my turn to get off the bus and I had to go through front door so I needed to pass the area where that person was. I actually stayed the whole time while bus was driving on other side of bus, but when it stopped I needed to get through and get off. It was very short time and I did not feel anything for a day so that I completely forgot about that, but on Monday I started to have sore throat and pressure feeling in my head. That moment I knew that it was a common cold.
Since then the whole story started, on Monday evening I started to feel cold and shivery, even under blanket I was not able to warm up and in the morning I was so tired. For the next couple of day there were few symptoms: headache, runny nose, sneeze cough. People say common cold with or without treatment will last 7 days, that is why I did not do anything except warm tea with honey every morning and evening, I too Ibuprofen just when I felt that I have headache or temperature. I am feeling a bit better today, and it is day-5, hopefully another two more days and I will start feeling better. This weekend will be quite for me, I want to get good sleep and just stay cosy at home.
