Journey to Upper or Lower Rowe Lake?

As I hiked my way upward to Rowe Lakes, I was pondering whether or not go to the upper lake or just hit the lower lake. Wasn’t quite sure how much extra time it would cost me until I arrived at the signage. Looked like it would add another hour to the experience, so I decided to leave the upper lake for another day. Not sure if that was the right decision or not. In hindsight, I could have done it. Sometimes one ought to push yourself harder. Maybe I ought to do that more?! Thanks for stopping by
