RE: The Power Of Laughter

in #laughter8 years ago (edited)

Well @javybar as i Told you early i am a Teacher by profession. Today i had a laughing therapy with my students. We discussed this topic in detailed and then later on we came out of the class and started laughing loudly. Other teachers and the watchman was looking at us. They must had thought we are mad :D :D :D

But seriously after that i felt i am relaxed and fully fresh.
Actually i am a patient of Blood Pressure too and this is the best medicine to maintain my level of blood .

I learnt a few more benefits of Laughing therapy Especially

Laughter may even help you to live longer. A study in Norway found that people with a strong sense of humor outlived those who don't laugh as much. The difference was particularly notable for those battling cancer.

Laughter stops distressing emotions. You can’t feel anxious, angry, or sad when you’re laughing.

Laughter helps you relax and recharge. It reduces stress and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more.

Laughter shifts perspective, allowing you to see situations in a more realistic, less threatening light. A humorous perspective creates psychological distance, which can help you avoid feeling overwhelmed and diffuse conflict.

Laughter draws you closer to others, which can have a profound effect on all aspects of your mental and emotional health.

Thanks @javybar for giving us this healthy information and Yes, I & my students are going to discuss your blog in our class.

Thanks for giving us so much <3

STAY BLESSED, STEEM ON
