The first case: Peter the host isn't guilty ,he asked Eric not to eat it and gave him a valid reason but Eric risked it.
The second case : Peter was drunk, wasn't in the right mind, Eric is guilty here and did what he taught was right.
3rd case: Eric should be charged, he was drunk he might receive a little punishment. But for not trying to save his sons life. I take his decision as negligence to saving a human life.
