Change and Execute

As I reflect on my time in my current role, I am reminded how vital change is in our world and the importance of being open to adapting our operation to meet the demands of our customers. Here is a fresh excerpt from my upcoming book:
“The only constant in life is change. This has been and always will be truth. The world and the people in it will always be in a constant state of flux, so the idea that a company, leader, or employee is able to remain stagnant and be successful is inaccurate. You must constantly evolve and improve.
This is even more important in today’s world. Unlike generations past where change moved at a glacial pace, change now happens at lightning speed. Industries, businesses, and people are changing faster than ever before. This makes it imperative that you constantly improve if you want to be successful.”
