What is Leadership?

Leadership - It takes more than just the knowledge & experience to be a good Leader. A good Leader is born out of a desire to lead (sincerely), not just out of a desire to earn big.

A good Leader always has the capability to see in every team member, the uniqueness & talent in its raw form. Ideally, a Leader’s role is to identify the causes which are hindering team member’s learning process & performance and find ways & means to eliminate them (not to criticize them).

Leader should understand that every team member has equal potential to prosper, with minor hiccups. Mentoring is all about removing the hurdles.
