Leadership for Digitalization Research Project

Dear participant,

together with the Chair for Strategy and Organization of the Technical University of Munich, we try to better understand how the digital transformation affects work characteristics in organizations as well as expectations that result from these with regard to employees and leaders.

The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. An additional survey will follow in about 2 weeks in order to ensure high data quality. Of course, we will also provide you with the results of the survey in case you are interested.
