Nutmeg is dried seed of the plant myristica fragrans.

As a spice,I love using nutmeg for my cooking and baking. I cannot bake without using nutmeg, the fragrance is so wonderful. Apart from the beautiful fragrance, it has numerous but wonderful health benefits.

      IMPORTANCE OF NUTMEG

  1. It helps in digestion: it helps reduce gas, bloating and diarrhea.

  2. It is anti-inflammatory.

  3. It helps to reduce anxiety.

  4. It stimulates our brain and it helps with memory.

  5. It is used to produce medicine etc.
