Yes of course it can be explained. To understand it is another game. I started to study this matter 2 years ago and it took me more than 1 year to understand it.

The short answer is: It is printed like all other money in the world and you can exchange them on the exchanges for all other currencies in the world or use them where it can be used. So basically they are like all the other money in the world.

If you do not understand it now it is because we do not understand money in the first place. We only think we do.
