It means $10 per person in Singapore dollars, which is about US$8. This is considered very reasonable for a restaurant to Singaporeans.

ah gotcha, yeah thats very reasonable. Id be hard pressed to find that in the states. Probably would get a small value meal from mc donalds.. hah
