LG transparent and flexible 77-inch Ultra HD OLED display

At the Display Week 2018 in Los Angeles, the company showed for the first time a 77-inch OLED Ultra HD display that is also transparent and flexible.

A truly remarkable technology, to which the Korean government has provided economic means of realization, with a particularly substantial loan (about 100 million euros); the transparency of the display is 40% and the same can be curved up to a radius of 80 mm. It is not known if and when it will be marketed, probably in a revised version, correct and contained, but it is not excluded that you come back to talk in a few years. Among the other wonders shown by LG during the Display Week we also mention two Crystal Sound screens that can reproduce sounds directly through panel vibrations.
