To vote 3rd party is the best "no confidence" vote on the 2 big parties. Voting is the only voice that "we, the people" have in this government. It is the only time our opinion matters. The only leverage we have on any politician is our ability to cause them to lose an election. The majority of the population of this country don't seem to understand this, and, of course, there are a lot of people who like things the way they are and want more of the same.
Exactly. Even voting for mickey mouse,is better than not voting.
It is sad that so many people do not vote,even in local elections.and even sadder that felons can not vote(even if they told me that I would still try and register,w/ all the dead vote ,who knows.)but they can hold public office. WTF !! and get voted in !!
