It is written that Libra will be a stable crypto.And I am wondering if it will be stable related with USD,why dont people use USD directly instead.
There will be no purpose for using Libra,because it will have another face of USD.
I think there is something unclear about the stability issue and its finincial coverage.

No asset can be stable, Stable here means it wont be volatile much and market action by company will try to put price same. USD has its own limitations, you cannot just send it to anyone overseas. Wire transfer @ usual 25USD fee is a hurdle.
Its use case are limited but its far different from USD.

You mean its price will be sort of fixed but its mean purpose is to reduce the fee of money transfer.
