NOFAP DAY 5

So as you might know i kept relapsing but im proud to say that i made it to day 5 at the moment. I feel good and strong. I have not noticed anything else but i wil be posting it if something does change. I will be doing a scientific explenation soon so watch out for that! For everyone out there stay strong and keep going!
