I believe the reason people’s instinct judges others is because we have a natural ability to want to protect ourselves. If a person was hurt by someone with a certain characteristic such as a sly smile or a prominent walk then the next time they see another person with the similarities as the one who hurt them, it’s their natural thought to say “hey, be careful, remember what happened last time you were around some who did that”. I feel it’s like the fight or flight , in this case one makes a judgement and runs. I don’t think that most people necessarily try to make judgement, I feel that it’s just a way the the subconscious try’s to protect. Of course there will be ones who judge with absolute no reasons of hurt or discrimination and that I don’t understand the reason for it. But thats just my own personal thought behind it. Whether it be the correct answer or not, it’s how I try to understand judgement as much as I can.
Judgement can go many ways and it always depends on the situation it’s being down in. Some people are straight heartless while others just try to make judgments to make themselves look better
