4 Things happy people believe in
The world isn’t a perfect yin yang, half of the people being grateful and the other half ungrateful. We all go through a lot of situations and emotions – it’s in our nature.
It’s okay to be sad, disappointed or angry sometimes. It’s a good thing to want things to be different. I want to share with you a few things that people that are truly happy believe in.

Everyone enters my life with a lesson
That person that annoyed you in traffic – don’t hurry believing that he’s a jerk, because he’s probably just stressed, having a bad day and he’s in a hurry. It’s an annoying situation, but it’s an occasion for you to practice your patience.
That person who broke your heart – don’t hurry to believe that he’s an awful person who just wanted to make you suffer, they are probably not ready for love. As painful as it is, it’s a chance for you to get to know yourself and to learn what a beautiful relationship should actually be like.
You have the possibility to learn from every heartbreak, broken wish or promise. Everything helps you become a better person, someone wiser.
Even if I don’t have what I want, I’m lucky to have what I need
Not many people have what they want. It’s true that some may have more than others, but most of us have wishes that simply can’t come true. We have dreams, goals and aspirations. We want things, experiences and opportunities. We want to be richer, to have more free time, to enjoy life more.
However, through all the obstacles, we should be grateful for having what we need. We have a home, we have something to eat, we have people who love us and, not lastly, we have the ability to dream on.
It could be worse
I know it’s a cliché and we don’t want to hear this when we’re having a rough period. Saying that someone can’t be sad because someone else has it worse it’s like saying that someone can’t be happy because someone else has more reasons to be happy.
But saying that it could be worse isn’t denying your feelings and emotions, it’s putting things in perspective and trying to move on.
Life is truly a beautiful gift
We live in a world from which we have what to learn – from people and from experiences that allow us to grow constantly. We may not have everything we want, but every one of us has something, like people we care about and opportunities to appreciate life and enjoy beautiful moments.
This moment will never happen again and you don’t have a guarantee for tomorrow. By knowing this, our present becomes more valuable, even if things aren’t perfect. And that brings us to the next conclusion: life is indeed a beautiful gift.
It won’t be always easy, but it’s a journey we should appreciate.
