I hear you loud and clear. I got heat stroke on a trip to Hawaii. I have never been so sick. Dry heaves, couldnt hold down that awful chlorinated hotel water. I will never forget it! What saved me was immersing myself in the bathtub full of cold water. Dont even know why I thought to try it..but it did work .
