In what ways did your government solve the issue of traffic jam?

I think our government is not doing anything to solve the issue of traffic jam in our area because right now there have been a very terrible traffic jam recently and because of additional bus transit system in Cebu . There have been tons of vehicle on the road so it makes the rush hour more complicated . Honestly, I don't want to go out or commute during rush hour because it would take a very long time to reach my destination. Anyway, I hope it would be solve soon . :(
