I love reading Books although I don't get a. Lot of Time for Reading I try to finish Reading Books while I travel. That being said I don't like Reading Romance Novels.

Don't get me wrong I have nothing against that Particular Genre of Stories. Infact I used to like Romance Novels in the Past. The change in me occurred after my Breakup.

Whenever I read any Romantic Novel it feels like I have done something similar to what is written in the Book with my Ex and that brings in a lot of Happy Memories which leads to a Time Period of Sadness.

It's not like I didn't even try reading Romantic Novels after my Breakup. I tried it and I got Hurt a lot Emotionally. It could be different for you Guys but sadly that's the situation I am in.

Is it only me that has these Feelings. Or is there someone in the same Bandwagon as me?

You have a good Idea because if we will read books during travel than our travel be easy thanks @arunava for this lovely Post

Our days are very Hectic and we rarely find time for Reading so I made this Rule to enjoy my Reading Indulgence.

you run in good way, but entertainment is very necessary in life @arunava. Romantic novels are necessary in life for the refreshment.

On one hand I have the blatant Issue of my Ex and I feel there are too many Cliches in Romance Novels plus the Sex Scenes are the Worst. When I read the Sex Scenes I feel like they are full of Flowery Metaphors which kills any Mood that I have.

Hello friend, particularly I think that everything in life are stages that we are overcoming and changing for the better, I have also changed the type of reading I was inclined for the romantic and not now, I prefer the motivational as Louise L. Hay, Pablo Coello and others

Oh Hell Yeah I read Paulo Coelho too I like his Style of Writing.

I used to read romance novels when I was in my teenage years, and different fiction stories, but as I grow older, I turned into reading non-fiction genres, maybe because it becomes a requirement in my profession and the maturity level calls for it.

Personally I am a sucker for good Crime Thrillers but I do love Non-Fictions too.

You can't be that way forever. So be strong and hit it. Don't care about what happened.

I am strong mentally but you have to agree that there are certain Emotional Triggers which I should avoid.

Those Triggers are the Worst.

You have great things ahead in your life!

@arunava - Personally, I have always preferred non-fiction books - with inspiring or motivation topics.... but to be perfectly honest, I don't read much in terms of physical books these days, because I tend to fall asleep after the first few lines...haha! I guess, one of the joys of motherhood - constant exhaustion. :)

Yes falling asleep while reading a Book is one of the Perks of reading a good old Book.

Plus I really love the Smell of a New Book it's kinda Addictive.

Oh yes, I HAVE to agree with you there!!!! My mom and I are always looked at like we are nuters, because we smell the books first hahaha!!!

Lol we all have our own choice as an individual. Reading is a good habit and choosing your best books is also nice.
Change is constant i believe there can still be a change and you would go back to loving romance novels again.

Yeah there is no Doubt in my mind about that in future I might still grow love for Romance Novels.

Never Give up something Completely I like to believe that.

I can understand your situation its not the end of world. i hope you will find someone better in future.

Since I was in a long Relationship there are several things that Triggers those Memories.

Luar biasa love

Books and knowledge of wise people and love and thriller stories and moments increase the demand for our survival and give me one vote by making life beautiful @monowar
