Fear itself does not mean someone is weak. Fear is part of human's natural instinct to survive. Fear helps us to realize danger so we want to stay away from protecting ourselves from danger. However, not all fears are the same. Excessive fear can also have a negative impact. So in my opinion, building confidence is very necessary.
No doubt, fear is good in ways. It’s not good when it makes people afraid to live because they think death is so bad. As if being afraid of death will prevent anything haha
