I think they want to concentrate on more of a blogging platform rather than a giveaway platform. With that being said, I only wish you success in all of your endeavors. I worked my way up from ZERO without buying any STEEM. If I had 500K I would have to be responsible with it. There are many whale/flag wars and it can be avoided if you learn the unofficial rules. I get it though, you want freedom to do what you want.
