Messy family morning and FIRE

So good to have family back, I missed these messy family mornings. It’s good to see my beautiful wife and daughter enjoying. It’s said that it should snow today but so far so good. I do dislike shoveling.

Back to my goals in Steem and crypto. I know I am a early adopter, maybe not in our small niche but in the world overall. So I do t feel so bad and so should not anyone else either no matter Steem Power. We are on forefront, either way I been looking at this FIRE movement. It stands for Financial Independence Early Retirement. It’s something I dream about and want to try out. I am hoping these investments I make in time and effort and blogging will one day pay of. But neither less it’s damn fun to share and be part of this Steem community.

The goal of FIRE is to be able to save x25 of your yearly expenses at minimum so you can retire. If you invest that wisely and withdraw maximum 4% yearly then you don’t have to work again. Sounds ideal ? Or crazy ?
What do you guys think ?
I want to aim for it, probably have to move to a cheap country and live in a shed haha.
