Day 2176 | New Week Goals
Last week was one where I simply ate way too much and too unhealthy while only ending up joining 1 hot yoga class and I want and need to do a lot better this week if I want to move forward. One of the things that makes it so difficult is that I just need so much time to do what I want in both crypto and betting so I need to balance that better.
Week Plans: Most of all, I want and need to limit my food intake which by far is the hardest. Aside from that I want to continue being active by joining at least 3 hot yoga classes and taking a total of around 100k steps during the weeks including morning walks into my routine. I also plan to take my supplements and drink plenty of water. All those things should make for a good week.
Today Goals: I aim to make it into a good monday with a walk to get started, followed by some productivity doing all my bookkeeping ending the day with a hot yoga class and some tv watching while eating just 1 healthy meal and maybe some soup also.
