I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was another pretty regular Saturday where I did join another hot yoga class and followed all the football action in the afternoon and the evening. I ended the day watching a couple Curb Your Enthusiasm episodes. I'm also not yet fully eating clean which remains by far the biggest challenge.

Over the course of the day I did 8928 steps which brings me at a total of 89034 steps on the day just needing around 10k more which will be one of my goals on Sunday.

Today Goals: I will see if I'm able to join a hot yoga class and so some more steps.
