Day 2390 | Switching To Health Mode!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


It was another week where I didn't quite meet the goals I had set mainly as food remains my main enemy. I however continue to aim to turn everything around and one of the big steps toward that is to start another hot yoga year. This brings in structured workouts while it's really good for my skin which is needed right now. So one of the goals this week is to kickstart this again and I have the intention to do it on Monday. Once that is back in place, everything else should pretty much flow from there. I've been ranging around 73kg for a while also now which I aim to get back below 70kg at least. I also aim to get a bit more social again as I've been ignoring some messages but do want to see some older friends again.

So year, another week and another attempt to fully turn things around.


New Day Goals: The goal on Monday is to do all my regular bookkeeping, keep my eating clean, drink plenty of water, take my supplments, and it possible start a new hot yoga year.
