i know two women who had major jaw surgery recommended by their dentists... it's brutal. completely changed the way they looked - some people didn't recognize them.

Thank you @caladium. I've actually just had the surgery and I'm going to blog about my journey. I'm day 8 post surgery now and I'm loving the results!
