This was really beautiful. I read the poem more than once, a little slower and each time to really let the words sink in. There have been times in my life where I felt as though I was standing at a bottom of a pit, not sure that I could ever climb out if it and that's exactly what this poem reminds me of. I will have to check out the podcast you mentioned.
