A cruel picture of the neglect of skinny street dogs.

We need a collective effort to solve this problem. It is very important to provide regular food and clean water to the street dogs in the neighborhood, and to provide vaccinations and treatment through local animal welfare organizations. Implementing a sterilization program will also reduce uncontrolled breeding. A little compassion and responsible behavior can change the life of a skinny puppy. Only a humane approach can ensure a safe and healthy future for these helpless animals.
