Steemit pet lovers, care takers, bird watchers, and/or parents alike what can you really do when your a parent wanting your child or children to be happy.. the answer is...

Give in... some times

Steemians the short video above was created the other day when my son just had to have another little animal for his ferret to play with, Logan my 6 year old son came to me that morning pleading his case, and since I had just woke up I'll be honest with you I wasn't all that aware of anything yet infact posting the way I even look when I just wake up see below

Yeah.. no f*&king joke I'm half way out of it when I just wake up. Anyway back to the point my son must have watched an episode of court tv or something before bed because while in my wake up stage of the morning he blantly expressed and pleaded why he needed another animal to be there when hes not to keep his ferret from dying of loneliness and it must have been convincing because I said yes.. fast forward to a shower, coffee, breakfast, gym and god knows whatever else and as you can see above we are at the pet store looking for his ferret Bandit' a new friend and oddly I noticed they only had enemies of the ferret there to wierd... anyhow this little bird just wouldn't stop trying to get our attention, infact I actually wanted amd though it finally started pulling on Logan's heart strings a bit it didnt completely convince him because we ended up with a damn guinea pig... the bird is what really stood out he was apparently very intelligent in several different ways too, I won't ptetend to be a bird fan nor will I pretend to know much but I feel like this bird was a smart one. The moral of this story is its definitely alright to give in sometimes and even more so its okay to point your children in yhe right direction when they are having trouble making choices but from one parent to another its better they learn and or mke the choices on their own so they can understand and learn from the out come. To each of you a special Thank you for checking out this post, be safe everyone and take care.

@ carterx7 Thank you for your nice post. But you give me some tips how we really can be happy our child.

in short you teach us to give in in order to allow someone learn a particular lesson! Good post. @carterx7

I think there could be many other ways to make child happy and learn instead of watching and playing with caged animals. I am sure children would be more happy to see a bird who can fly in the sky.

@chetanpadliya I completely agree, as a matter of fact that reminds me of a past post I had turned into a small vlog, my son is an animal and has learned to help and care about them versus just disregard them if you have the time feel free to check it out

And I appreciate you taking the time to comment on my post.

Favorite line: ‘Them are rats. Yuk!”
Lol

You seem like a great dad. I often have to remind myself that this time with them is fleeting and precious. But most of the time, I’m reminded when I hear them chatter. The words they say are gorgeous. Your son asking if these potential pets would bite sounds like one of my 8 yo twins. :)

@linnyplant i appreciate y po ur comment I really do and to know you took time to watch the video is even better thanks again. Logan my son whom is in the video felt so bad for not buying the bird after we left it was precious but saddening hes an amazing kid.

Hello Friend how are you? Many days I did not know about you, do you really get up like that? hahahahahaha always say that when our children ask us recently awake or half asleep mostly say that if as pets I like birds and fish and that was a good choice but Logan preferred the guinea pig because he can play with it while the bird Would it only be in your cage that you would have done if you decided on a snake? wow I'm sure that as a good father you are had handled that situation very well
My friend Steven sent you a hug and many kisses from Venezuela and Logan give him a big kiss from me

You are an excellent father!

PD: I had not told you that your son will be as handsome as his father

Hi I love your every post, and you are my Idol. Your writing skill is very nice...

You are so sweet! Giving your child a pet, and even more, a Guinea Pig, is just sweet <3
I hope both child and pet are happy :)

BTW, I would appreciate if you visit my post, dear.
+1 for you

I wish I could write like you.

Another compliment I will never believe. Everyone can write, it is just about finding the way you write best. I just found a way to combine letters and words to make it sound like I know what I am talking about. Trust me, it is something everyone can do if you put a little thought into it.
