No the rest of the team could join you. Small doses at a time. I add chilli to almost everything and then I have a bottle of homemade chilli on the table as well for those that like extra. The health benefits of eating chilli are amazing.
I like the sound of your house! The good lady is fine with it but the daughter hates it. I have tried tiny amounts at a time, she can't stand it!
She's young yet. Give it a wee bit of time. She'll come around.
