Here's my official photo for my, "Church Gal Speaks" series.

Hey steemians! I've been writing more into my, "My Deepest Thoughts" series that I forgot that I have a "Church Gal Speaks" series.. My blog has been flooded with melancholy lately... Let me add a bit of life and light to it right now.. I'm sorry for my recent vibezz. I hope y'all get enlightened with this post. R E A D  O N!

For my last input for my last series on "Church Gal Speaks", I've talked about "Love or Compliance" because it was February and I just had the urge to write a Love Month special and check it out if you haven't read it yet (click that green titled thingy to be redirected to the article quickly), but now that the Love Month has end, let me write about the real stuff. God has put something in my heart today and it's a very hard topic to write about and it sure will be a long writeup.

So, I'll be writing about something that would encourage you in your current situation right now.

"Don't let your lack of confidence become the death of your calling." - Ps Steven Furtick, Elevation Church

So, everyone of us were put into this earth for a certain calling or purpose. Either way, we all want to fulfill God's will for our lives. What's a calling? A calling is something that you were made and born to do. Even before you were formed in your mother's womb, your life was already predestined by God.

And yes, most of the time our calling scares us. And we're always stuck somewhere in the middle of a very confused state waiting for God's peace and strength to come into our lives, to push us to do this certain thing that we were called to do...

  • It is in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone. (Ephesians 1:11)

Of course it will be very scary at first cause God calls us to do the most extraordinary things that we can never fathom or imagine to do. Well, your calling was meant to be bigger than you, God would never entrust you with something that you cannot do, if God has called you to it then surely God knows that you can handle it very well, and stop worrying because if God has called you to it, He'll surely walk you through it. He will never leave you nor forsake you. God stretches you and grows you to be the person whom He purposely made you to be in the most uncomfortable situations.

  • For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

PREPARATION. God will prepare you and let you go through the process. If you're feeling so small right now, always remember that God takes the most unlikely places and fulfills the greatest purpose. Great things come from small beginnings. New beginnings came from dead ends. Jesus came from Nazareth. Nazareth was a place full of plain Jane kind of people. Jesus was from Nazareth and he sure did become that someone whom He was born to be.

Jesus' power was in His submission to the will of His Father.

And if you've been wanting the validation or opinion of others before you obey God's calling in your life then you sure are in heaps of trouble. Humans as we are, sometimes we want validation before we obey. We want to post it and boast it around on social media firstto get everyones opinion before we do something about it.

VALIDATION DOES NOT COME BEFORE OBEDIENCE, IT COMES AFTER!

Jesus did not work on His ministry for acceptance. He worked on His ministry to please God and to fully obey God's plan for His life.

When you know somebody more important whom approves of you, it makes the opinions of other people a whole lot less significant.

Always know that God's got your back and He always approves in every step that you make into fulfilling His will for your life.

PEACE COMES AFTER OBEDIENCE. In Mark 1:9-10, "9About that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee, and John baptized him in the Jordan River. 10As soon as Jesus came out of the water, he saw the sky open and the Holy Spirit coming down to him like a dove." Okay, as you see here... The Holy Spirit came down from eaven like a dove right after Jesus was baptized. The peace of the Lord came after Christ's obedience. It didn't came before. It came after he was submerged. And as you read more of the Bible, you'll notice that Jesus did not perform any miracle until after He was baptized.  His miracles happened after He was baptized. Miracles happen the very momet after you obey. You are not going to get the peace of God in your situation, until you commit yourself to obey what He's speaking into your heart.

GOD'S PEACE IS WAITING AFTER YOUR OBEDIENCE.

RIGHT AFTER THE VALIDATION CAME THE TEMPTATION  Mark 1;12-13, "12At once God's Spirit made Jesus go into the desert. 13He stayed there for 40 days while Satan tested him. Jesus was with the wild animals, but angels took care of him." Any time God speaks a promise over your life, you will immediately have the opportunity to prove the promises in the desert. Mark didn't really emphasize much on Jesus' sufferings in the desert but the book of Matthew did (Matthew 4:1-11). What I've learnt from Mark and on how he wrote Jesus' experience in the desert is, sometimes we are so busy describing what we are going through that we miss the opportunity to declare the praises of the one who brought us through.

DEMONSTRATION. I've already been validated in the waters, so I don't have to prove anything in the wilderness. Demonstrate the power of God in your life. Faith is, believing before what you only understand after. The key to this is, I believe it before I see it. Don't doubt in the wilderness what God has shown you in the water. 1Peter 5:10, " But God shows undeserved kindness to everyone. That's why he appointed Christ Jesus to choose you to share in his eternal glory. You will suffer for a while, but God will make you complete, steady, strong, and firm." The strength comes after the suffering. Praise God before what we can only understand after.

What you do before matters after.

Just do it. Obey God's calling for your life.

You won't be judged with what you did, but with what you were called to do.

How you'll live your life will determine how you'll spend your eternity.

Seeking God, will place a major role in what we are called to do, otherwise we'll copy and paste what others are doing.

Obey and keep the Faith. Your obedience will impact a lot of lives.

That's all for today!
