LA GARDEN DE @COMFORTGENIUS

in #life7 years ago

Ok so i just wrote up an amazing post that was super detailed and then my chrome stopped responding a ruined my post. So in light of that im not going all out again i couldn't redo all that. Awhile ago i posted about starting a garden. I did it in the french drain in my front yard so it will have the best watering advantage and not get moldy roots due to lack of drainage. Here are the pics. First pic is what i started with before any work was done, but only half of it. The Mammoth Sunflowers are planted in this spot now. Here we go 20170429_193213.jpg20170627_105028.jpg20170627_105011.jpg20170627_104914.jpg20170627_104942.jpg20170702_213040.jpg20170702_213034.jpg20170627_105224 (1).jpg20170627_105235.jpg20170627_105323.jpg20170627_105315.jpg20170627_105046.jpg20170627_105053.jpg20170627_105216.jpg20170627_105206.jpg20170627_105145.jpg

So after the first picture are the two pics of The Mammoth Sunflowers. Next up are the peas(unknown strain), Chives, then corn (two types the big one is a yellow sweeter corn and the little ones are my baby yellow/white corn and are my best creation. This part of the story is awesome. So i went to the store and got some corn for grilling. I ended up not eating a piece. it sat in my fridge crisper for literally a month. i took it out in fear of rot but it was fine. so i sun dried it and put the kernels in dirt. two weeks later every single one had sprouted!! i have a ton more corn the i posted but yea im gonna do good this year. Anyway Next up is Cantaloupe, then Watermelon, Last but not least strawberries two strains one i did not post. My daughter pics between 5-10 medium to very large strawberries a day. Guys i did all this with my own to hands and no physical help. However i know my dad was with me when i was doing it because i could hear his voice coaching me in my head the whole way through. Thanks pops i miss you! Also big thanks to steemit and shout out to @papapepper i know you love this stuff
