My weight goes up and down like crazy. I'm either on a healthy buzz, eating well and exercising but when I slip up it's like the flood gates open. I'll then eat as much as I can, all sorts of rubbish. I wish I could find a healthy middle.

I've given you a like maybe you should go like my stuff! ;)
