Five Minute freewrite #freewrite

Here i am, on the road again. Riding a greyhound bus to another city to start my life all over again in another state. This isn't the first, second, or third time this has happened. I've been on greyhound buses since I was a little kid. I think the first time was when I was 6 years old and I travelled from ATlanta, GA to Cincinnati, Ohio. I remember having an original Gameboy device to keep me occupied. I had the Ren & Stimpy video game, I remember it like it was yesterday. now I have my laptop, even though this bus has wifi, I still have to tether my phone via usb to my laptop to access Steemit. Pretty inconvenient, but oh well, I'll work with what I've got.

Why I am doing this? Like Willie Nelson said, I'm "on the road again." I don't think I'll ever settle down in one place for an extended period of time. I've been travelling to and fro for over 20 years, I've lived, loved, and lost. This life has been a journey for sure. Sort of like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but I'm grateful for what I've got. I'm warm, I'm fed, and I'm not thirsty or in pain. I'm relatively healthy and I'm mentally sound (for the most part).

I'm just curious to see where this road leads me, and what's waiting for me at my destination. All I know is I'm going to make the most of it.
