Dear Diary: My Internet Scared Me To Hell Today
It sucks when an inanimate object scares you, well in my case it is my modem I think because I suddenly had no Internet connection. This after I paid my bills to the cent. What happened was when I was doing my usual online stuff my Internet was cut. Many things comes to my mind when that happens.
Sometimes my ISP does maintenance work and that is very seldom happens. It is also that my modem was broken because when I did put another SIM card into it for the same ISP I've got no connection too, there was no signal so I thought that maybe they are really doing maintenance but this is a long one.
Then this late afternoon after I had decided to go online again there was no signal still. So I was still panicking what will I do? I restarted my modem then the freaking modem had gone okay again, the signal status went blinking and now I can surf the Internet again. That was really terrible when an object scares you. Maybe I needed another modem as this one is acting up already.

He said after restarting the modem it worked well.

Thats a sad thing! Now whenever you don't see internet working, you should restart the modem!

This is very bad, if next time it create problem, then open it and clean all tje dust from it. if it is not correct then repair it or change it.
It really happens, we just happened with the computer, for a moment my wife and I thought that it had been damaged because it did not start, we went into the panic, but then we called a friend and he gave us the solution, at that moment we breathed again , why steemit is our means of income.
Hahaha, I can imagine that, sometimes when my modem misbehave, I would begin to wonder if I have suddenly exhausted my data plan or if the SIM has shifted away from its position. Others time, the threat could come from your PC, when it just goes suddenly blank or start updating all manner of stuff you've not asked for.
But I'm glad, your modem is now working well
Yeah, sounds like a replacement is in order @cryptopie lol - perhaps just keep the old one as a backup..... because nothing is as scary as not having any connect... lol!!! I can totally relate to that! haha :)
That is scary crytopie, often times my internet service acts up and I get frustrated specially when you are in the middle of something. Hope you do not have any more troubles today.
Friend me wrong, I think you should replace the modem so that it does not continue to happen. A big hug and I hope you spend a blessed day.
