What is happiness
What modern science says is that happiness is a feeling of positive feelings and its experience happens when we are contented or happy.
Akram Vignan is a spiritual science, which says, "True happiness is the one which does not get hurt after the pleasures, nor does it lack the happiness."
I get pleasure, with my family and friends, with good health, satisfaction in the workplace and getting love of others
If you think about your happiness then it will come to know that your happiness is based on external circumstances and all other things. Do not all these things become the cause of your grief?
Yes ... sometimes ... but this is life!
Whenever there is any change in these circumstances and things, then happiness goes away and there is sadness. Should not we get such a situation where we can be free from all grief?
Is it possible to achieve such a situation?
Yes, it is possible! By staying in equanimity you can remain stable under any circumstance and as a result you can remain free from your grief!
