About Taman Batu Padalarang, Bandung
Stone Garden or Stone Park in Padalarang - Bandung this is the literal name for what we will see if there. Artistic stones overlay makes us feel not being in Bandung, especially in Padalarang.

The overlay of the stone does not lie flat on the vast surface area. The large stones whose exact size varies are arranged like having a mathematical formation (he says so).

According to one of the teteh who became the organizing committee, when we cried question, big rocks in the Garden of Stone formed naturally thanks to the creation of a large lake in ancient times first.

Around the Taman Batu there are shallow valleys that surround it, perhaps part of the Archaeological Lake in question.

The most interesting thing when we first discovered this place was the really artistic stone arrangement. Neatly towed like berformasi to make the impression 'out' it hit. 'Outside' is meant to be outside Bandung, abroad, or outer space.

Yak, some online media say that the location or the scenery around Taman Batu, Padalarang as if the same as Christmas Island in Australia or outside the planet, depending on how exaggerated we are amazed ..

The location can be said to be in the highlands because it is located on a hill. And what is around this Stone Park hill? There is a natural cave called the Pawon Cave.

Same 'ancient' it is like this Stone Park itself, Pawon Cave is evidence of the archaeological-Bandung that is still there and maintained until now.
Inside Pawon Cave there are bones / human fossils that still survive until now (quoted from teteh organizer committee, because we did not have time to visit Pawon Cave at that time).

Interestingly, the Stone Garden presents a more magnificent view than just watching the erect rocks that form within it. When the first time through the entrance, the existing road will continue to climb.

Artistic rocks one by one welcome, the meadow becomes our walking surface.

Then the road continues to climb, so when traveling there count has included trekking. Not until there we will be amazed.
Upon arriving at the top of the hill which is the foundation of this Stone Park, we will be served with a stretch of farm owned by local residents, wide open sky, Mount Masigit as beautiful as Taman Batu, sand factories complete with black smoke, who circumcised them.

Oh yes, the highway that we passed earlier was also vaguely visible in the distance

What To Prepare For Visit Taman Batu Padalarang (Stone Garden Bandung) This?
In fact, our mental must be strong and physical must be maintained 😀 The most important thing is our readiness to resist the heat of the sun if it is there right when the day before day and afternoon towards the afternoon.

The Stone Garden, as I said before, is literally the same as its name.

The park is dominated by rocks, not flowers and trees. So the hot sun will be directly embedded into the skin of visitors when we are surrounded.

Fortunately there are some huts like gazebos around this Stone Park for us to take shelter. And we can also take advantage of the high stones that exist for shelter in between. The point is not to get bored to enjoy the cool atmosphere and the beauty surrounding.

Also, we may be disturbed by the noise of the factory operating around it. High black steam smoke is also quite damaging to the sky view, so the emotional control is also a form of excellent preparation before and when in Taman Batu, Padalarang - Bandung. 😀

Address And How To Go To The Stone Garden (Taman Batu), Padalarang - Bandung?
My main recommendation or suggestion, better use private transportation especially for those of you who come from outside Bandung. This is to avoid fraudulent transportation services at incredibly expensive prices.

For car users, from the direction of Bandung can use Purbaleunyi toll line out on the Padalarang toll road towards Cianjur.

The benchmark is the Tagog Apu area when exiting the highway, then monitor the gate with the Pawon Cave on the right side of the road.

Please be careful when turning right into the junction of the gate because the road is a little bend and prone to accidents, especially for those of you who use a motorcycle.

Well, for motorcycle users, just go to Kota Baru Parahyangan area (of course to avoid mistakes to Cimahi because crossroads often make visitors stray / wrong way).

Then head towards Cianjur to Batu Apu, and on the right when it arrives at the gate with the Pawon Cave, carefully turn right into the intersection and the cobbled streets.

Hello @daluts, Nice to meet you!

I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.

KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!

Tips:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!

Woff, woff! 🐶
