That's a decent amount of solar! I have six 280W panels and a lot less sunshine than you guys, and most days I have enough juice to run fridge, lights, computer, fans, misc. If the sun's out, I can run power tools too.

You guys should be fine, unless you're planning on running a glass kiln off your setup, then you might need a few more :)
