Told them to change the new interface and let me see the total mbs that are downloaded and fix the issue.
Was basically a rant 😂.

Do they come (or are they supposed to) back to you with something like... "we have archived this or this will be the plan"? or is this that thing they call support = aka, bots to talk with?

Its not bots though,it was a real person.it didnt seem like she could help you solve your problems and only stated the obvious and pretty much useless things.
They did email me yesterday after a few hours with
