I Like Nice Fluffy Clouds

I took this picture a couple of days ago. Funny when I first put this picture in this blog, it was smaller than normal. Did you ever put pictures into your blog, then all of a sudden the picture is too small?

Well, it seems to happen every now and then. So when that happens I open the picture up with Microsoft Paint and resize the picture. I just don't understand why some pictures come out normal and others come out too small.

Well, lets go back to the picture of the clouds.

When I was a kid I used to really like staring at the really big clouds. I found that some were more interesting than others.

I don't think I was trying to find forms in the clouds, but more on how different certain clouds are. I seemed to like those clouds that look like towers.

I thought of them like the big giants of the skies. Yes, I remember looking at those clouds as a kid and trying to stay warm in my jacket.

I remember in the pocket of my jacket as a kid I used to have a small telescope. I don't even remember how I got that telescope, maybe someone gave it to me.

At school I would go on my own out in the field and look through that telescope. Sometimes looking at the clouds and sometimes looking at trees far away.

I would hang up my jacket on a hook in the class room. Then one time I took my jacket off the hook and I reached into my jacket and my telescope was gone. Maybe one of the kids seen me use my telescope and took it.

Well, I never seen my telescope again. I do remember that it was a very good telescope. Since I didn't notice who took it, what could I do? So that is life. Some people will take things.

I remember early in my career at the telephone company that people would bring their lunch. Then I heard that there was someone that would take certain food items out of the sacks of the people that put there lunch in the refrigerator at the break room.

I would wonder who would actually steal the lunch of another worker? I remember in those days I mostly bought sandwiches from the sandwich machine and I would buy a coffee from the coffee machine.

There would be times, that I might have bought some salami and would make a salami sandwich and bring it to work placed in the refrigerator in a brown paper bag. I never got that stolen. Maybe the person stealing lunches didn't like salami sandwiches.

I remember later on in life when I used to live at another place, that when I went to my car I noticed the antenna that was hooked up to the car radio was missing.

I couldn't believe that someone would want to steal my car antenna. Well, in those days I liked listing to the radio in my car so I bought another antenna and hooked it up. I got my radio back again, but people would take someone's car antenna?

Then later on in life I notice that people wouldn't take the car antenna anymore, no, they would take the whole car stereo and any other components that go with it. Well, what can you do? I just buy another car stereo.

Now that I think about it. In my life I have had 3 car stereos stolen from three different cars that I used over the years. One of the car stereos was from my 89 Nissan Sentra which I still have even now.

Yes, I have a different car stereo in my 89 Nissan Sentra now. On my last car stereo that I bought I wanted to make sure that it had a memory feature in it.

That way when I am listening to the Bible, when I stop the car it remembers where it was. So when I turn the car back on the stereo will continue that sentence that it was on when I turned off the car. I like that feature a lot.

Funny how I started with clouds and ended with car stereos and listening to the Bible.
