According to Wikipedia, there was an exchange at that time, but it is down defunct.
Even if you couldn't get your $32 billion out of your coins due to the dump. You could sell just $2 billion and maybe VW would sell Bugatti to you, since they reportedly lose $6 million per car that they sell.
