The chicken meat is being cooked dry, without any gravy. When cooked this way, the taste of chicken becomes different, which is why today it is being prepared like this in the pan. It is being cooked at a very high temperature, and because of that, steam is rising from it, which looks quite nice.

The chicken will probably taste very delicious and enjoyable. The pieces have become soft and tender, which will make them pleasant to eat. The meat was cut into small pieces and prepared for cooking, and I think it will taste really good this way.
