I disagree with 1 statement - if you found love at 21 - 22 you can settle - make family. It's one of the best time for this. Next best time when you are 27-28. STATISTIC. You CAN travel, YOU can have meaning with family. YES, you need money.
Not from my experience. People who settle young all end up apart in the end.
