Why did I do this?
Many of us do not know why they act as they act.
The reason is quite simple.
The formula for that is:
P> T> E> A> R
Program leads to thoughts
Thoughts lead to emotions
Emotions lead to actions
and actions lead to results
Now, where does the program come from?
The program, is our education, and the group of people with whom we are together and of course many other things we are confronted with day-to-day.
We are our own master. This means we could even reprogram ourselves if we wanted to.
