“Sure”

Important note:
I'm spaced-out, intoxicated as we speak, so don't take this as a suicide note. I'm “Sure” it's not.

Questions: Ever came across something whether it be some kinda news or someone spitting out Gibberish and you were like: “Sure” in denial?

Answers: “Sure” everybody has been there, done that.

To be honest, I'm not even “Sure” what I'm on about or where I'm Goin' with this, but I'm “Sure” there's a dead-end I must reach by the end of this mumbo-shaped book.

Last time, I left the READER (which is me, see?) without a doubt not “Sure” if he/she can Go on with a bullet stuck in her/his brain.

Let's skip that and move on. I stated in a previous comment the following:

I'm not entirely “Sure” if I'm still “Alive” inside after that.
I'll lend myself one... only one more chance.
